Refund Policy

At lookaround.in, we value your time and trust. Our refund policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.

1. Advance Payments

• All advance payments made at the time of booking are non-refundable.
• The advance secures your scheduled slot and covers pre-shoot planning and resource allocation.

2. Cancellations

• If a client cancels a confirmed booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot, the advance will be forfeited.
• If the cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance, we may offer to reschedule the shoot subject to availability, but no refund will be issued.

3. Rescheduling

• Clients may request rescheduling with adequate notice (at least 24 hours).
• Rescheduled shoots are handled without any additional charge, subject to availability.

4. Service Failure

In the unlikely event that lookaround.in is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us within 3 days of service delivery. We will review concerns and offer resolutions wherever feasible.
