1. Services Provided

lookaround.in offers professional property showcasing solutions including:

  • 360° Virtual Tours
  • Property Photography
  • Videography
  • UGC (User-Generated Content) Creation

These services are tailored to property owners, Airbnb hosts, real estate agents, and businesses.

2. Booking Process

Customers can book our services through:

  • Our website (www.lookaround.in)
  • WhatsApp, phone call, or direct message to our support team

A partial advance payment may be required, depending on the size and type of property, to confirm the booking.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Pricing is based on service scope and property specifications.
  • All payments are accepted through secure gateways such as PhonePe or other supported methods.
  • The final amount is payable upon project completion or as per agreed terms.
  • GST and applicable taxes may be included in the invoice.

4. Content Usage

lookaround.in retains the right to use completed work (photos/videos/tours) for portfolio or marketing purposes unless explicitly denied by the client.

Clients must inform us in writing if they do not wish their content to be shared publicly.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure the property is shoot-ready (clean and organized) before the scheduled shoot.
  • Provide accurate information regarding location and access.
  • Review and approve content within the stipulated timeline once delivered.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot may result in a non-refundable advance.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be communicated in advance.

7. Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality services, lookaround.in is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, internet outages, or access issues).
